Whether you are looking for a private one-on-one session or group classes we have something for everyone. Classes and sessions are available mornings and evenings as well as weekends.

If you are a new clients please call to schedule your first appointment. Consultations are free. All new clients need to fill out our client release and information forms.

Prices and Packages


There are a variety of package and session offerings to meet all your needs. We accept credit cards, cash or checks. Go online to our Mind Body reservation system to buy and schedule your classes.
